Day 14- What I'm reading

I'd like to use todays blog to communicate something that I've recently taken on board and feel pretty strongly about now.
I've always felt as though eating meat was a horrible thing to do, and not enjoyed the taste of it at all, had to disguise it in lots of sauce and herbs.
I'm glad now that I've made the decision to leave it on my plate (or not cook it at all) and not feel as though I HAVE to put it in my mouth. Luckily hubby is very supportive too!
